Pilates Class 

This is a friendly, mixed ability class, and beginners are welcome.  Pilates can improve strength, flexibility and posture. Regular practice can alleviate back pain and other musculoskeletal problems.

Classes are at the SSC on Wednesday 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.  Numbers are limited, so please check first.
